GeekSeller users need to create a support ticket on their Walmart Seller Center to let Walmart know that GeekSeller is their API partner.
This will allow GeekSeller to contact Walmart on your behalf in case of any emergencies, escalate your issues, and receive notifications from Walmart in case there are any problems with your account that need our attention.
1. Login to your Seller.Walmart.com account and click on question mark icon to view the Help Options drop-down menu. Then select Contact Partner Support:

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to submit a case. Fill in the field as shown below:
