Inviting GeekSeller to Your Jet Partner Portal

Following the steps below enables GeekSeller to complete the integration of your Jet account, make sure that all settings and product submissions are correct, and identify the cause of any issues that we may need to investigate.

If you are a new Jet user and have not submitted any products to Jet before please follow the steps below to invite us:
  1. Login to your partner.jet.com account and select ‘Users’ section

2. You will see this tab

  • GeekSeller needs Developer permission.
  • Use the email address provided in your Welcome Email. It should follow the format:
    GeekSellerCom+[your unique account number]@gmail.com
    If you need help finding this email address, contact GeekSeller support
  • *Please type this email address into the Jet panel rather than using copy and paste. Jet may not recognize the plus sign if it is pasted.

If you already sell on Jet and have been using it with another API provided please follow the steps below:


  1. Go to Partner.jet.com > Account > User and click “Add a user”
  2. You will see a popup
    • GeekSeller needs Developer permission.
    • Use the email address provided in your Welcome Email. It should follow the format:
      GeekSellerCom+[your unique account number]@gmail.com
      If you need help finding this email address, contact GeekSeller support
    • *Please type this email address into the Jet panel rather than using copy and paste. Jet may not recognize the plus sign if it is pasted.
