If you ship an order and it is lost by the carrier, Jet expects you to refund the buyer for the order. If your shipment was insured, you may be able to file a claim with the carrier to request reimbursement.
To refund an order that was lost by the carrier, follow these steps:
- Go to the Orders section of your GeekSeller Jet account and click on the lost order ID.
- Click “Request a Refund” at the bottom of the order page.
- In the refund form, select “Package never arrived” as the reason and enter 0 as the quantity to be returned by the customer.
- Email Partner@Jet.com and provide them with the order ID and let them know that you refunded this order because the package was lost, adding any additional information you may have.
