Troubleshooting ShipStation Extension Issues

Checking the ShipStation <> GeekSeller Integration

Is it active? Has it been set up properly?


For Jet, log in to your GeekSeller Jet Panel and go to Extensions > ShipStation.
For Walmart, log in to your GeekSeller Walmart Panel and also go to Extensions > ShipStation.

On the ShipStation page in either panel, the following options should be set up as shown below:

  • Step 1 Selecting which nodes should be linked to this extension
  • Step 2
    Providing ShipStation API Key and API Secret:
  • Step 5
    Selecting which unique store should receive your orders.
    For Jet, it should be set up as a GeekSeller ShipStation Store.
    For Walmart, it should be set up as a Custom Store (see details) configured to connect to your GeekSeller Walmart panel (see details).

ShipStation Stores

What kind of stores were created and used for your GeekSeller set up?


  1. Log in to your ShipStation account and go to Settings > Selling Channels > Store Setup.
  2. You will see the list of your stores. The icons displayed to the left of each store will show you whether or not they were set up using the correct store type. GeekSeller’s integration will not work with the native Jet and Walmart Stores.
