Walmart WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services) is a fulfillment program provided by Walmart.com. It allows sellers to use Walmart’s warehouses to store their products and ship them to customers automatically.

All the GeekSeller WFS tools are complementary to your account, and WFS orders (just like FBA orders) do NOT count for billing.
Options described below are available in the GeekSeller panel only for sellers who have them activated. If you are approved for Walmart WFS, please contact our support to activate these options in your GeekSeller account.
Sellers have the option to sell a product both through WFS, and self-fulfilled. There are two separate qty values for each type of fulfillment. GeekSeller currently downloads only non-WFS qty.
Converting individual products to Walmart WFS
- Edit a product from your Walmart GeekSeller panel. Then select a tab called WFS. Under this tab, you need to fill out all the required values and click Convert to WFS.
- After product conversion, you will see the WFS indicator on a product page:

- You can also use a filter on a product page to show only products that are Walmart WFS eligible or those which are not eligible yet.
