In some cases, Etsy may randomly change an active listing to Inactive after a sale, even though the listing still has inventory available. This is a known Etsy issue and is not caused by GeekSeller.
Based on guidance from the Etsy team, the recommended solution is to delete the affected listing and recreate it in Etsy.
If you experience this issue:
- Contact our support team and let us know which SKU(s) were affected.
- Alternatively, you can resolve it yourself by:
- Deleting the affected product from the Inventory section in GeekSeller.
- Starting a new import to import the product from Etsy again after you have recreated the listing in Etsy.
