How to Activate and Use Ship with Walmart (SWW) in GeekSeller

Ship with Walmart (SWW) is a shipping program that allows Walmart Marketplace sellers to purchase discounted shipping labels from carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

GeekSeller is integrated with SWW, so you can purchase and print these labels directly from GeekSeller without visiting Walmart Seller Center for each order.

Step 1: Activate Ship with Walmart in Walmart Seller Center

  1. Log in to Walmart Seller Center.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open Settings.
  3. Under Shipping Profile, select Ship with Walmart.
  4. Follow Walmart’s instructions to set up the service and configure your shipping preferences.
  5. Make sure your Walmart account is eligible to use SWW.

Once SWW is activated in Walmart Seller Center, it will automatically be available in GeekSeller.

Step 2: Verify Your Ship From Location in GeekSeller

Before purchasing SWW labels, make sure you have the correct Ship From location configured in GeekSeller.

  1. Log in to GeekSeller.
  2. Go to Orders > Ship From Location.
  3. Verify that your shipping address and other location details are correct.

This is important because your Ship From location is used to calculate shipping rates and create shipping labels.

Step 3: Verify Product Weight and Dimensions

Make sure your SKUs have accurate weight and dimensions configured in GeekSeller.

  1. Go to Inventory in GeekSeller.
  2. Find the SKUs you plan to ship.
  3. Verify that each SKU has the correct weight and dimensions.

This information is needed to calculate accurate shipping rates and purchase SWW labels. Incorrect or missing values may result in inaccurate rates or issues when creating labels.

Step 4: Purchase SWW Labels in GeekSeller

  1. Open your Walmart orders in GeekSeller.
  2. Select an order and start creating a shipping label.
  3. Confirm the package weight and dimensions.
  4. Review the available shipping services and rates.
  5. Select a Ship with Walmart service.
  6. Purchase and print the label.

GeekSeller will automatically send tracking information to Walmart.
