GeekSeller does not have a direct integration with Meta (a platform where you can manage your business activity on Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram). However, sellers can connect Facebook and Instagram Shops to GeekSeller indirectly.
Meta integration via WooCommerce
- You can connect GeekSeller to Meta via your WooCommerce store.
- If your online store is using WordPress with the WooCommerce plugin, you can connect your Meta account to WooCommerce as described here.
- Meta will use your WooCommerce store to get data about inventory and will send you Facebook and Instagram orders.
- Sellers can connect GeekSeller to WooCommerce so that GeekSeller manages quantities and orders. Inventory stored in GeekSeller will go to Meta via WooCommerce, and GeekSeller will receive your Facebook and Instagram orders by downloading them from WooCommerce. You will manage orders and inventory from within GeekSeller.
Meta integration via Shopify
- You can connect GeekSeller to Meta via your Shopify store.
- If your online store is using Shopify, you can connect your Facebook account to Shopify as an additional selling channel. Please see this guide for details.
- Meta will use your Shopify store to get data about inventory and will send you Facebook and Instagram orders.
