It happens that some orders that go from GeekSeller to ShipStation do not have Ship By dates.
Why this happens: GeekSeller communicates with ShipStation in two different ways: via ShipStation API and via XML files. API provides all data, XML is missing Ship By information. API is used by GeekSeller to send and receive data on GeekSeller’s demand. However, XML is used when ShipStation is sending requests to GeekSeller – this is the case for example when a seller is logged in to ShipSttaion and clicks there a button to fetch data from marketplaces.
Solution: this is a limitation of a communication via XML and at the moment there is no workaround. We suggest sellers to avoid requesting import of orders by using a fetch button in ShipStation.
