Occasionally, when sellers look over their export feeds (Export Statuses tab), they will see an error stating “Description: No item found with the given SKU.”
One major thing to notice is that this error only presents itself in the Qty Update File Type.
If you click See Details on the right it will show you the details of the specific feed:
What this error comes down to is relatively simple. The product qty was sent to Walmart, but since the specific SKU was not successfully published yet, Walmart does not recognize it and could not associate the quantity feed with it.
To fix it first make sure that the item Create/Update feed was successful and the product is available on your Walmart Seller Center then simply resubmit your quantities. If these conditions are met and you still see the error please contact GeekSeller Support for further assistance.
