Shopify: how to remove “Powered by Shopify”

You can remove “Powered by Shopify” from your Shopify’s store footer by following these steps:

1. Go to Online Store > Themes.
2. Click on “Actions” dropdown next to Customize button.
3. Select “Edit languages”.
4. In the “Filter items” search box type “powered”.
5. In “Links” section you will find “Powered by Shopify” message. Click on a box below the message and hit space bar one time.
6. You can do the same if you have “Opening soon” page.
7. Click Save.

“Powered by Shopify” message is now removed. You can either keep it that way or you can always put your own message in the footer.
