Troubleshooting issues with receiving email notifications from GeekSeller

  1. Make sure that you provided the correct email to receive the notifications.
  2. Check your spam folder, we use very sophisticated tools to make sure our emails do not end up in spam folders. However, some servers and services (such as AOL, Hotmail, and Yahoo) may classify our emails incorrectly as spam. To prevent it, add our email addresses (both support@geekseller.com and no-replay@geekseller.com to your contacts list).
  3. It may also happen that you download your emails from different devices, and our emails are downloaded on one but not on the other. This requires you to contact your email provider to resolve it.
